Kate was born in Reading, Berkshire, in England (about 100 miles from where I live) on October 5 1975 into a family of thespians.
Habits: she "smokes like a fucking chimney" and rolls her own cigarettes.
She is known as "Corset Kate" and "Combat
Kate" the latter for reasons unknown. In A Kid In King Arthur's Court her
character, a princess, was also the Black Knight, who rode around on a big
horse terrorising people. But I can't seriously believe that it was her on the
horse. I mean, come orf it, they have stunt riders for this kind of thing,
unless she follows in the great tradition of actors such as Steve McQueen,
Craig Charles and Michael Crawford who do all their own stunts.
What I like about her is that in five out of seven
movies of hers that I have seen, she takes her clothes off.
(Of course she's a great actress as well.)
