Joey has an audition where he has to kiss a guy. The director Warren Beatty didn't like the way he did it, so he practises, first with Phoebe but then wants to practise on Ross, who is not exactly keen on the idea. Rachel appears dressed in a horrible pink dress, as she's going to be maid of honour at Barry and Mindy's wedding. Chandler has a new female friend on the Internet. Monica asks Richard about their future, and whether he sees them having children. He wants to just spend time with her while he's young enough to do so. Joey is desperate to kiss any man. Phoebe thinks Chandler's friend is a man, and suggests a question to ask him/her, from which it transpires that she is married. Ross, Rachel, Monica and Richard go to the wedding. Rachel is a bit nervous to be appearing again after the last wedding with Barry. It doesn't help she leaves her butt showing after going to the toilet. Rachel says this is more embarrassing than singing "Copacabana" in 8th grade at high school. To add this, she is confused because people keep telling her it's good to see her on her feet again. It turns out Barry's parents told everyone that Rachel went insane from syphilis, to explain her disappearance from Barry's first wedding. Joey phones Angela (presumably the Angela from episode 1.5), and asks her out, saying she can bring her boyfriend as well. Chandler won't reply to the girl's messages because she's married. Phoebe convinces him to do so, as they could be meant for one another. At the wedding Monica tries throwing food into Richard's mouth. Unfortunately she's a really bad shot. They talk about children again and Monica realises she had to have them. The best man's speech largely makes fun of Rachel, and when it's finished Ross makes a speech which embarrasses Rachel more. She starts to leave but then changes her mind and sings Copacabana, to which everyone joins in. Later on the dancefloor Richard tells Monica he'll have children if that's what it takes to be with her, but she doesn't want to have children with someone who doesn't really want to have children. Chandler's in Central Perk waiting for his mystery girl, who turns out to be... Janice.
end credits: Ross kisses Joey, not realising he's already been to the audition.
