Joey doesn't know what omnipotent means when they're talking about what you would do if you were omnipotent for a day.
Phoebe is being kept awake by her grandmother and her new lover, so Monica invites her to spend the night with her and Rachel. Joey and Chandler have ice hockey tickets and want Ross to go with them to the game, but he's upset because it's the anniversary of the day he and Carol first had sex. Rachel gets her first payslip. Some old friends of hers turn up and depress her because they're all married, pregnant, successful etc. Monica and Rachel try to cheer her up, but she depresses them as well.
The guys enjoy the game until Ross is hit in the face by the puck. A mean nurse makes them wait for ages at the hospital.
The girls are cheered up when a pizza meant for George Stephanopoulos, a sexy politician, is delivered to them by mistake. They go out on the balcony and spy on him across the street.
Ross is still upset about Carol, and reveals that the first time he had sex with her was his first time with anyone. A boy won't give back the puck which hit him. They fight and the puck flies across the room and hits the nurse in the face. Ross feels a lot better.
