Rachel dreams about having sex with Chandler on the table in Central Perk, and Ross is jealous. Phoebe is looking for a job, and Chandler needs a temporary secretary, but he's not convinced she'll be right for the job. Ross has a pager so Carol can contact him when the baby is coming. Monica has a date with 'young' Ethan, who is a senior in college. Phoebe says that her coworkers no longer like Chandler because he's "Mr Bing", who sits in a big office and talks in a funny voice. Monica wants Ethan to sleep over, and he admits he's a virgin. They have sex, but then Ethan reveals that he's actually at senior at High School. Rachel's latest dream involves Chandler and Joey, but still no Ross. Everyone makes fun of Monica because of Ethan's age. Phoebe is going to a work party which Chandler hasn't been invited to. He goes on her advice, and people still make fun of him the next day. Monica breaks up with Ethan, claiming their relationship is "icky". Rachel finally dreams about Ross while he's in the room, but his excitement is ruined by the pager announcing the imminent arrival of his baby.
