There's some prolonged humming at the start. Monica is stuck with twelve lasagnas which a client doesn't want because they are meat, not vegetarian. Ross is reading baby books and Rachel is arranging to go away with Paolo for a weekend. Chandler's kitchen table breaks, so he and Joey decide they've lived together for long enough to buy a table between them. Ross finds out from Carol that the baby is fine, and she knows its sex, but he doesn't want to. But Carol phones Monica who asks her about the baby, and soon everyone knows except Ross. Paolo goes to Phoebe's massage parlour and fondles her. Phoebe tells Rachel. Joey and Chandler can't agree on a table so they get table football instead. Rachel is embarrassed because she had been telling everyone that she thought what she had with Paolo was a serious relationship and not just a fling. Monica and Ross beat Chandler and Joey at table football while Rachel breaks up with Paolo next door. She throws all his clothes out of the window but he at least gets a lasagna from Monica. Chandler and Joey advise Ross to move in on Rachel, so he goes and tells her she deserves better, but she says that she's sick of all men. Rachel then accidentally gives away the sex of Ross's baby.
