Monica has to pretend she's having an affair with someone at work when Rachel surprises her expecting Chandler. Ross has been phoning Emily's relatives in England trying to get her to talk to him. Chandler arrives with a bottle of champagne. Joey's all dressed up for his new job as co-host of a TV telethon, for PBS. Phoebe hates PBS because she once wrote to Sesame Street and only got a keyring in return. She also thinks what Joey's doing is totally selfish, as he only wants to get on TV. But Joey thinks there are no unselfish good deeds. Emily phones Ross, and agrees to talk to him. Rachel asks Chandler about Monica's secret boyfriend, and Emily wants Ross to move to London. Joey finds out his job actually involves just answering a phone and taking pledges. Chandler asks Monica whether her secret boyfriend is better than Richard in bed. Ross asks Emily to move to America, and she agrees on the condition that he won't see Rachel anymore, which puts him in an impossible situation. Chandler finds the duck watching the cookery channel. Monica was not impressed by the dance he did when she said that he was the best sex she ever had. Phoebe thinks she's found a selfless good deed to prove Joey wrong. Joey gets into a fight with another phone operator who has a more prominent seat. Chandler and Monica make up. Rachel tells Ross to do whatever Emily wants.
