Joey gives Chandler $800 which he owes him, which he can afford as he's working now. As an extra gift he gives him a gold bracelet which Chandler hates, but has to wear to please Joey. Monica has a interview with a man who has an disturbing fixation with salad. Ross takes a message for Rachel from Casey, but Phoebe says that Rachel is Ross's lobster. Monica has no money, and Ross suggests asking their parents. When Jack and Judy arrive they bring lots of Monica's stuff from her old room, as they are turning it into a gymnasium, and Jack puts his foot in it about Rachel's parents and an incident in Hawaii. In Central Perk, Chandler's bracelet scares a woman away and he's cursing the bracelet when Joey walks in. Ross "saves" Rachel from Casey by pretending to be her blind date. Phoebe's lobster theory doesn't help explaining to Rachel, who says that her relationship with Ros is over. Chandler tries to apologise about the bracelet to Joey, but then he loses the thing. Monica asks her parents in vain for money. Chandler buys another bracelet to replace the lost one, which meanwhile has been found by Rachel. When Joey comes in Chandler pretends one is for him. Ross lends Monica some money. Many curious items are found in Monica's things, including a videotape, which turns out to be of Monica and Rachel's high school prom. Ross doesn't want to watch it, but they all do, and the contents make Rachel realise Ross's feelings for her and she falls in love with him again.
end credits: Monica watches the rest of the tape.
