Joey has some exceedingly bad reviews. Fun Bobby is back, but it turns out he's an alcoholic. He tells Monica he'll try to quit. Joey has an audition for Days of our Lives, and Rachel has a date with Russ, who looks uncannily like Ross. Joey finds out from his agent that he can have the part if he sleeps with the casting agent. Fun Bobby is not so much fun when he's sober. Rachel doesn't see the similarity between Ross and Russ, even when they're in the same room together. Joey is not sure whether to sleep with the casting agent, as although she is beautiful, he wants to make it on his own. Monica starts drinking because Fun Bobby is now so tremendously boring. Now Fun Bobby thinks that Monica has a drinking problem, and breaks up with her (to her relief) because he doesn't want to be in a co-dependant relationship. Rachel finally sees that she is dating a Ross substitute, and dumps Russ. Joey will be Dr Drake Ramoray in Days of Our Lives.
