Joey and Chandler see Ursula waitressing and think she's Phoebe. Ross is having problems with Marcel, who keeps urinating everywhere and deleting the messages on his answering machine. Ross goes to birthing class with Carol and Susan. Chandler meets a beautiful woman at work whom his boss tells him he has to fire because of the ANUS. Joey wants to see more of Ursula. ("Phoebe's Phoebe, but Ursula is hot"). Carol can't get to the next birthing class, so Ross and Susan argue over who should play the mother. Chandler chickens out of firing Nina and asks her out instead. Defending his position of not telling her he says that Rachel hasn't taken the Christmas lights down yet either. Mr Heckles complains about the noise from the girls' flat. When his boss asks why she's still there, Chandler pretends that Nina has serious psychiatric problems and went so loopy when he fired her that he had to hire her again and that she has no memory of the incident. Ross realises he's going to be a father. Chandler tells Nina everything, and she's not pleased. Phoebe tries to stop Joey seeing Ursula, as Ursula is not a nice person. The others realise that there's more to it than that Ursula broke Phoebe's thermos when they were young, and convince Phoebe to tell Joey how she feels. Phoebe goes to talk to Joey, but Ursula answers the door.
end credits:Rachel finally takes down the Christmas lights, and falls off the balcony, annoying Mr Heckles further.
